Physical Activities

Research proves that physical activity can help reduce stress by maintaining your mental fitness. It also helps to reduce fatigue, improve alertness and concentration and enhancing overall cognitive function (Anxiety and Depression Association of America, 2018). There is also evidence which suggests that regular exercise can boost academic performance (Kohl & Cook, 2013), making it vital to stay active throughout your studies at UoP.
